Adrienne is no stranger to the fitness world!  She started off her fitness career in 1995 and hasn’t stopped since! Adrienne obtained her Personal Training, Fitness & Nutrition and Corrective Exercise Specialist Certificates through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and has trained every type of client you could imagine from obese, fitness competition prep, sports specific, blind, deaf, paraplegic, pre/post natal and your every day fitness enthusiasts! Her, no nonsense yet quirky, energetic and thorough teaching/training style has made her one of the top trainers/instructors in the city of Chicago.

  • Nationally ranked NPC bikini athlete
  • In 13 months of competing in the NPC, collected 6- 1st place trophies and 1- 4th place
  • In all NPC regional shows- Adrie received 1st place (undefeated) in Master's Bikini

  • Former competitive runner (distance and sprints)
  • 1st place finisher in 5k Northshore Turkey Trot in age group 2012, 2013 and 2nd place in 2014

I'm not only the president, I'm also a client. ;)

My story? I have been a certified fitness professional since 1995. Even being a fitness professional, I still had my slip ups and weight fluctuations. This picture is the exact opposite of what you'd believe. On the left, I was teaching 25+ classes per week AND working out on my own. I was working out approx. 26 hours PER WEEK.  I was easily burning over 3,000 calories per day. In my mind, I thought I was invincible and that rules didn't apply to ME. I'd leave work and head over to some fast food drive thru. I'd justify my poor eating habits with the fact that I was burning SO many calories per day. "I earned this meal! I burned like 2700 calories today, so I'm treating myself to these cupcakes!" I thought there was just NO WAY I'd gain any weight!! WRONG! It was then, when I was THE MOST ACTIVE, that I gained all the weight! This is when I started to look, learn and study about certain foods and how they affect our bodies. I was SO shocked to learn all the interesting facts about how the body reacts to certain foods. It's not just about Calories IN vs. Calories OUT - there are MANY other factors involved with fitness and fat loss goals and M6M breaks it all down for you.
